We have a design team who will meet with you and help you to pick out the perfect habitat for your new marine life. They have over 35 years of combined experience designing and installing aquariums in South Florida so you can be sure that the job will be done right. They will look at all aspects of the job including lighting, filtration, cabinet options, and potential maintenance issues and make sure that all of the costs are clear and covered in the plan. We are experts at working in conjunction with interior decorators, contractors, cabinetmakers, and property managers as part of larger renovation projects. Our team will come in under budget and be finished on time.

Once the design has been approved our installation team will take over. We are focused on making sure your aquarium comes out exactly the way you planned. All of our installers have years of experience and their attention to detail is second to none. They are very courteous and polite, if you are on the phone making an important call our drills will be OFF! They also take every care to make sure your home is both clean and functional during and after the installation.

Once the aquarium has been properly installed our staff will sit down with you and answer any final questions you might have. They will go over things like feeding schedules and show you how to add water for evaporation. They will make sure that anything you need to know is clearly understood before they leave!

Shipping Info

Blue Earth Corals and Blue Earth Aquariums ship orders every Monday and Thursday.

All livestock is shipped with FedEx Overnight. You can track your package with your tracking number. Livestock orders should arrive on Tuesday if you order on Monday and they should arrive on Friday if you place your order on Thursday.

You must sign for and receive your shipment on the FIRST delivery attempt to have our livestock guarantee. Any other shipping arrangements may be available by contacting us in advance. Saturday deliveries are usually extra. All dry goods are shipped by the cheapest method unless specified otherwise.

Shipping charge is $45 per box. Shipping for Florida mailing addresses is $20. We can fit 10-20 coral frags in each box for most coral species. Larger pieces may fewer than 20 per box. If you have any questions please contact us

ITEMS MUST BE PURCHASED TO BE REMOVED FROM AVAILABILITY.

We guarantee our corals and invertebrates will be professionally packed and shipped using FedEx Overnight or a UPS equivalent. We guarantee that the livestock will be alive upon arrival at your door on the FIRST attempted on-time delievery. All orders must be signed for and recieved on the FIRST attempt at delivery. If orders are not received on the FIRST delievery attempt all guarantees are void. We are not responsible for shipping company delays of any kind. The corals are out of our hands once we give them to Fedex/UPS and any claims resulting from shipping delays or damages to packaging that is out of our control should be taken up with them. There are risks associated with shipping corals and we make no more guarantees than stated above.

We have an excellent shipping history but if for some reason the coral or invertebrate you receive is dead upon arrival at your door please email us immediately. We require a clear picture of any dead or damaged livestock within the first two hours of arrival for any credits to be given. All reimbursements for damaged or dead livestock will be issued in store credits ONLY. If the correct procedures are followed and the claim is legitimate then we will issue you a credit for the amount of the deceased livestock minus the shipping costs. The amount cannot be a higher value than the originally purchsed item(s).

All purchases are final and Blue Earth Corals and Blue Earth Aquairums do not accept any returns on items. If you have a damaged or defective item you can contact us. If it is our fault we will replace the product if possible. We do not cover any shipping costs associated with returning the product and you will be charged to ship the product back out again. A vast majority of the time the problems are from the manufacturer. If you are experiencing a manufacturer related problem or defect you should contact them directly if possible to deal with that.
