Shipping Info

Blue Earth Corals and Blue Earth Aquariums ship orders every Monday and Thursday.

All livestock is shipped with FedEx Overnight. You can track your package with your tracking number. Livestock orders should arrive on Tuesday if you order on Monday and they should arrive on Friday if you place your order on Thursday.

You must sign for and receive your shipment on the FIRST delivery attempt to have our livestock guarantee. Any other shipping arrangements may be available by contacting us in advance. Saturday deliveries are usually extra. All dry goods are shipped by the cheapest method unless specified otherwise.

Shipping charge is $45 per box. Shipping for Florida mailing addresses is $20. We can fit 10-20 coral frags in each box for most coral species. Larger pieces may fewer than 20 per box. If you have any questions please contact us

ITEMS MUST BE PURCHASED TO BE REMOVED FROM AVAILABILITY.

We guarantee our corals and invertebrates will be professionally packed and shipped using FedEx Overnight or a UPS equivalent. We guarantee that the livestock will be alive upon arrival at your door on the FIRST attempted on-time delievery. All orders must be signed for and recieved on the FIRST attempt at delivery. If orders are not received on the FIRST delievery attempt all guarantees are void. We are not responsible for shipping company delays of any kind. The corals are out of our hands once we give them to Fedex/UPS and any claims resulting from shipping delays or damages to packaging that is out of our control should be taken up with them. There are risks associated with shipping corals and we make no more guarantees than stated above.

We have an excellent shipping history but if for some reason the coral or invertebrate you receive is dead upon arrival at your door please email us immediately. We require a clear picture of any dead or damaged livestock within the first two hours of arrival for any credits to be given. All reimbursements for damaged or dead livestock will be issued in store credits ONLY. If the correct procedures are followed and the claim is legitimate then we will issue you a credit for the amount of the deceased livestock minus the shipping costs. The amount cannot be a higher value than the originally purchsed item(s).

All purchases are final and Blue Earth Corals and Blue Earth Aquairums do not accept any returns on items. If you have a damaged or defective item you can contact us. If it is our fault we will replace the product if possible. We do not cover any shipping costs associated with returning the product and you will be charged to ship the product back out again. A vast majority of the time the problems are from the manufacturer. If you are experiencing a manufacturer related problem or defect you should contact them directly if possible to deal with that.
